Thanks once again for your amazing support with our London to Brighton Adventure last month - we've raised well over our target which is fantastic, you've all been amazing.
I thought you'd like to see just how you're donation is going to help make a difference.
Our floating hospital the Africa Mercy, has not only safely arrived in the port of Conakry, Guinea, but it is also now full of hundreds of extraordinary and talented medical and non medical volunteers.
On the morning of our first patient screening day, our medical crew were met with a queue of around 3,500 desperate men, women and children, with a whole range of different and urgent medical needs, all hoping to be offered the opportunity of free surgery.
Can you imagine being 3,499th in any queue let alone at your surgery to see the GP!! Take a look at the attached pictures - as you can imagine such days are quite emotional in many ways for our teams who want to do as much as they can for as many people as they can.
We're going to be docked in Guinea for 10 months fake watches sale and aim to achieve a great deal on this return visit. We've actually been to Guinea 3 times in the past, the last visit was in 1999.
Many thanks for your support and you can be confident that your generous donation is going to go direct to Guinea to change many lives in critical need.
